Salary: $250,000 - $300,000 (Depending on Experience)

• Personal Injury Attorney
• Asbestos Litigation Attorney
What You'll Do

• Handle all phases of litigation, from case inception to trial.
• Manage a high-volume caseload efficiently while delivering outstanding results.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, mediations, and negotiations.
• Develop and execute litigation strategies tailored to each case.
• Collaborate with clients, expert witnesses, and co-counsel to build strong cases.

• Significant litigation experience in personal injury or asbestos/toxic torts.
• Proven ability to handle complex cases and high-value claims.
• Strong trial and negotiation skills.
• Excellent research, writing, and advocacy abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
